"This piece visualizes a body awareness meditation where one imagines exploring the body from the inside out, progressing either from the feet to the crown of the head. The sensation of this meditation for me is expansion combined with a feeling of the forms and structures inside the body - sensing the skull, and other structures, tissues, aches and pains." –Betsy Walton
