Also from my time in Scotland: this painting evokes the feeling of driving though the rolling countryside in rural Fife County. I was inspired as I drove each day to my studio by the ancient winding roads, flanked by hedgerows on each side, cutting into the autumn fields and fading into the distance. I wanted to capture that moment and its feeling of winding movement.
