LOVE LANGUAGE: a group invitational
ZINC contemporary is pleased to present an invitational exhibition, contest and culinary pop-up for two, entitled LOVE LANGUAGE.
As anyone might guess, exhibiting during a period of lockdown is an anticlimactic experience for the artist and gallery. Those interested in art are also left stranded at home- thirsting for visual stimulus. Connections disrupted; masks and sanitizer; separation - physical, emotional, political; a craving for community; a need for understanding; barriers and the need to break them down - these are the inspirations behind the exhibit / experience LOVE LANGUAGE.
Follower's of @ZINCcontemporary on Instagram will be offered an opportunity to enter the LOVE LANGUAGE contest. Two winners will be chosen and offered the opportunity to bring their love to dine within the gallery in a safe and virus free zone for a delicious culinary experience on Valentine's Day provided by Pioneer Square D & E. Each couple will also receive hand crafted chocolates - provided by Intrigue Chocolate, a bottle of delicious wine - provided by Browne Family Vineyards, and a $200 gift card toward art from ZINC contemporary. All entries will receive a print of one of the works featured in the exhibition.
